Unlocking Your Inherent Creativity

Nurturing Your Creative Self

Winter is a season to nurture and conserve. A time to slow down, answer the inward call to reflect, pare back what isn’t nurturing us and rest. At this meet up we will let nature nurture us through a tactile experience. Using nature finds, we will create a community mandala with winter as our theme. We will then engage in creative play through nature-inspired art, wool and thread, whilst tuning in to our inward journey, over wine and nibbles.

Creativity thrives when we let ourselves slow down and being mindful of our surroundings.
This is a night for a little bit of magic and a lot of fun.

You will learn how to:
• Let nature nurture your creative self
• Set new intentions for spring through reflection on the season
Create everyday rituals to improve emotional wellbeing
• Explore the beauty of winter and it’s lessons for your life
