Glenda had been working as a graphic designer for 16 years before she realised that she needed to pursue her life purpose. She believes that her purpose is to inspire and empower people so they could be who they are meant to be.
As the Chief Initiator of Made to Create, her role is to provide opportunities for people to nurture their creativity and discover their true identity. Committed mother and wife with an entrepreneurial heart, Glenda hopes to inspire a community of people to believe that they are made to be great.

Eugene is a producer and director, with experience as a performer spanning three decades in theatre, film, TV and radio. He cares about people and the way they connect with each other. He was the founding director of Candlelight Productions, an organisation that uses the arts to strengthen community and shape culture. Eugene has taught masterclasses on leadership and events for the College of Event Management, the City of Boroondara and Lion Heart Dance Company. He is currently the Lead Consultant at The Pericho Alliance, providing companies and community groups with specialist support on community engagement and event management.

Mandi has worked in the community welfare and counselling sector for 20 years with families and individuals using social work, creative counselling modalities and expressive therapies. Over the past few years she has worked as a private counsellor specialising in spiritual direction, Jungian sand play and transpersonal counselling while caring for her three children. Her passion lies in creating an environment for individuals to explore their creativity, observe how the seasons can teach us and creating new ways to live a more creative intentional life.
Alex is someone who has decided that through life’s experiences, up or down he will always look at them through ‘growthful’ lenses. A large portion of his strengths are due to his will, curiosity and tenacity to love. In trusting the mysterious source of wisdom he is guided by, it is his connection between body, mind and environment that empowers his decisions to be most congruent and fulfilling. Alex's life philosophy is always growing and shifting shape, so that he can be the best he can be in serving his environment.
Alex says, ‘I am my dance and my dance is who I am. Learning from the changes in my bio chemistry when dancing I have become more aware of the importance of self talk, love, observation, appreciation, gratitude and humility.’

Kylie has lived all over the world and enjoyed training and teaching drama, dance and physical theatre in multiple places. Creativity runs through her blood and is present in everything she does.
Kylie began training as an actor and dancer in 1980. She has since performed and taught internationally across both the acting and dance mediums.
From New Zealand to Australia to New York to London she has continued her involvement in the industry with a particular interest in physical theatre and the untapped subtleties and capabilities of the human body and voice.

Anna Taylor is an acclaimed, award-winning artist whose paintings and sculptures have been exhibited throughout Australia. Her works are in private collections in Australia, Europe and the Middle East.
She is a passionate visual artist and facilitator working across mediums including painting, sculpture and book making.

Gabby Willmott is a Melbourne based artist. Her artworks can be described as semi-realistic, emotive, expressive and impressionistic.
"Making and intentionally looking at artworks helps me to slow down, understand myself and the world around me. Art connects me to spirit, and leads me to see beauty and meaning in everything. As I share my art and skills, I see the joy, insight and depth it compels in others, and for this gift, I am truly thankful."
John is a freelance photographer, a spoken word poet, and Melbourne's 2015 Poetry Slam Champion. His book "If The World Were Upside Down", centres around notions of Hope, Identity and Wonder, which he endeavours to bring at ideals to his work across creative genres. He has run workshops exploring visual arts and performance. A 'big brother' to many, John mentors and encourages others to further explore their creativity and share their story.
