Creativity is not only for self-expression. It has been proven that it can bring healing and increase our wellbeing.
In this special meetup, we are focusing on how creativity has helped people get through hard times. Melbourne acclaimed artist and facilitator, Anna Taylor, will share her story of how art has enabled her to stay in her own life when it’s fallen apart, followed by questions and discussion around our creativity, purpose, limitations and possibilities.
Join us for a soul-enriching gathering as we tap into our incredible inner resource - our creativity!
You will learn how to:
• To see how limitations can create possibilities
• The meaning of staying in our own lives
• How to use creativity as a tool for you to process through hard time
• Through discussion, gain a deeper understanding of the power of creativity
Anna is a multidisciplinary visual artist and loves to teach others. Primarily Anna wants to inspire others to follow their urge to create, no matter how small or loud. She is very aware of the cost to those who don’t allow themselves to do this. Anna has held 14 solo exhibitions and been involved in many group exhibitions. Her work is held in public and private collections around the world. Anna is still standing and creating, having been through some pretty difficult years!
